I apologize if you already have this resolved (I haven't listened to the latest show yet), but at the end of your show you mentioned you were having trouble with printing CDs of shows you do. Have you thought about researching services that print CDs on demand? I can't recommend any services in particular since I don't know much about this area, but maybe this could be an option for you.
